JAMIE BOYD About The Driver:
The car is a Kilby Mud Racing chassis that used to be the PaperBoy Express car. After a violent crash in 2006, the PaperBoy team decided to build a new car. Don Current from Wilmot Wisconsin fixed the frame in 2007 and with parts from Lethal Injection #3, we put this ride together. The engine is a 512ci Big Block Chevy, Aluminum heads, 14-71 SSI Retro Hi-Helix Supercharger, with Enderle Fuel Injection that puts out 2,000 horsepower. Transmision is an SCS Twin Countershaft with a crower triple disc slipper clutch. 38" Cut Ground Hawgs in the front, 36" Bigger Diggers in the rear. Dana 60 rear axle and a custom ford 9" front axle. The frame was powder coated by The Blast Shop.
Jeff Heck does all of the engine tuning and helps work on the car between races. My parents Jan & Jerry Powell go to most of the races and supply the enclosed trailer to get the car to the track. Other friends help out alot in different ways. Don Current, Kevin Peterson, and the Paperboy Express Mudracing Team. Without these people I'd never be able to do what I do. Thank You All!! |
